Supports Reece USA’s indirect tax compliance, primarily sales and use tax, along with property tax, business licenses, and corporate filings. Responsibilities include preparing returns, maintaining Avalara and ERP tax configurations, researching taxability, managing exemption certificates, reconciling accounts, assisting audits and notices, coordinating property tax and licensing requirements, and improving tax controls and processes.

Leads pricing analytics and develops data-driven pricing strategies to optimize gross profit, competitiveness, and customer acceptance. Builds reporting and dashboards, advises network and merchandising teams, supports AI-powered pricing solutions, digitizes processes, and drives experimentation and continuous optimization. Collaborates with Data, Sales, Transformation, Purchasing, and Category Management teams to translate business requirements into pricing solutions and communicate recommendations across the branch network.

Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize gross profit across product and customer segments. Build pricing reports and dashboards, provide insights on pricing, costs, and purchasing opportunities, and communicate recommendations to branch, sales, merchandising, purchasing, and category management teams. Support AI-powered pricing solutions, process digitization, automation, experimentation, and continuous optimization while leading cross-functional initiatives.

Manage collections for an assigned accounts receivable portfolio, including delinquent balances, payment plans, disputes, short payments, unapplied cash, lien waivers, and bond matters. Coordinate with customers, sales teams, branch and regional leadership, collection agencies, and legal partners. Reconcile account discrepancies, assess credit risks, document collection activity, and recommend escalation or legal action when appropriate while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Supervise accounts payable operations, ensuring timely invoice processing, accurate three-way matching, vendor statement reconciliation, reporting, audits, and on-time payments. Drive process improvement, automation, standardization, and system change implementations. Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to team members while maintaining proper invoice coding and financial records.

Perform consultative inside sales supporting outside sales to grow customers; maintain inventory and sales standards; accurately enter and track sales; deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism; perform physical tasks (lifting, bending) and be onsite as scheduled.

Drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, leveraging HVACR product knowledge, and delivering tailored solutions. Travel frequently (up to 90%), maintain onsite presence, meet physical requirements (lift up to 25 lbs), operate office equipment, and ensure excellent oral and written communication.
