Lead end-to-end execution of complex EPC and construction-related projects, coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, VDC), manage schedules/resources, mitigate risks, track KPIs, and report progress to leadership to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Maintain and enforce Sales Administration processes and controls, document workflows, support data integrity, troubleshoot systems, deliver training, assist UAT, and escalate recurring issues to the Process & Controls Manager.

Develop project plans, manage risks, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and deliver on schedule while supporting sales initiatives and stakeholder communication.

Oversee financial activities for an assigned manufacturing plant within a multi-site environment. Lead monthly close, prepare GAAP financial statements, manage cost and job costing, analyze manufacturing variances, support inventory valuation and capital projects, drive budgeting/forecasting, ensure internal controls and audit readiness, and act as a financial business partner to plant leadership while supporting cross-site standardization.

Lead hands-on metallurgical investigations including failure analysis, corrosion evaluation, and welding/joining assessments. Operate SEM, EDS, LIBS, and optical microscopes, evaluate mechanical properties, characterize alloys and heat treatments, develop root causes and corrective actions, support manufacturing and suppliers, mentor lab staff, and improve laboratory methods and standards.

Provide FP&A support including budgeting, forecasting, KPI and variance analysis, capital planning and ROI reviews, financial modeling, management reporting and presentations, ad-hoc analyses, and operational business partnering to drive decision-making.

Manage assigned collections portfolio, perform customer credit limit analysis and reviews, and resolve disputes. Improve and support credit and collections systems and ERP implementation. Update credit policies and controls, review new-account and credit limit requests, escalate negative customer activity, and collaborate with sales and customer care to accelerate receivables.
