Prepares and distributes legal client billing documents, including proformas, invoices, timecard summaries, and reports. Ensures accurate, timely invoice processing and compliance with client billing agreements and outside counsel guidelines. Resolves electronic billing rejections and reductions, researches billing issues, updates matter and timekeeper rates, and advises attorneys and legal staff. Supports coordinator training, onboarding, workflow improvements, testing, and special projects. Maintains billing preferences and confidentiality while coordinating deadlines and delivering customer service to lawyers, staff, vendors, and clients.

Leads the strategy, implementation, governance, administration, and ongoing management of vended AI platforms and products. Owns product roadmaps, feature prioritization, user access controls, vendor relationships, integrations, adoption, and responsible AI practices. Partners with legal, IT, engineering, and knowledge management teams to deliver measurable business value, while gathering stakeholder feedback and providing training or enablement.

Provides Level II technical support for hardware, software, network connections, telephony, mobile devices, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoots incidents, manages equipment assets, performs imaging and configurations, coordinates warranty repairs, supports office moves and technology projects, and maintains IT service records. The role requires strong Windows, VoIP, mobile, Microsoft Office, remote access, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organization, communication, discretion, and prioritization.

Supports lawyers in Regulatory and Enforcement and Investment Funds practices by managing SEC and state regulatory filings for hedge funds, commodity pools, and private equity funds. Prepares SEC documents and Blue Sky notices, analyzes offering documents, gathers information from attorneys, communicates with clients, and maintains the firm’s Blue Sky website. Manages multiple deadlines while exercising strong organization, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.

Support conflicts and new business intake processes: respond to helpline inquiries, open and maintain client/matter records in Intapp and 3E, ensure data integrity across conflicts and accounting systems, perform searches and reporting, assist with audits, testing, and process improvements, and escalate complex matters to senior staff.

Leads global legal directory, rankings, and awards strategy for a law firm. Oversees submissions, research calendars, client references, lawyer interviews, stakeholder coordination, results reporting, and process improvement. Advises lawyers and business development teams, communicates participation strategies, manages LexTrack data, and provides leadership, coaching, hiring, and performance oversight for the Rankings & Awards team.
