Owns technician escalations across autonomous vehicle depots, providing remote diagnostics and repair guidance for high-voltage, electrical, power electronics, and software-to-hardware issues. Reviews and manages engineering escalations, documents cases, identifies recurring failures, develops troubleshooting resources, coaches technicians, and improves support workflows. Ensures repairs follow safety, warranty, and rider-readiness standards while partnering with engineering, operations, and market leadership. The role is primarily remote with periodic depot visits and requires support across shifts and time zones.

The Financial Analyst owns recurring financial reporting, budget-versus-actual analysis, dashboards, data reconciliation, forecasting, and financial modeling. The role builds simulations for market expansion, fleet growth, and pricing scenarios; tracks financial and operating metrics; partners with Accounting and Operations; prepares leadership analyses; and improves FP&A processes and data flows.

Leads the development of Moove AV’s non-vehicle supply chain function, including procurement, purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, RFPs, sourcing, contract negotiation, and supply chain governance. Builds scalable processes, purchase order workflows, controls, and vendor programs across multiple markets. Oversees inventory and receiving operations, tracks supply chain KPIs and savings, and manages a growing cross-functional team.

Owns Moove AV’s strategic relationship with an autonomous vehicle technology partner. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial terms and contracts, resolving operational and contractual escalations, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Operations, tracking partnership performance, reporting risks to executives, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role requires executive presence, strong commercial judgment, independent execution, and willingness to travel and work in Phoenix or Miami.

Lead global payroll, HRIS implementation, systems architecture, workflow automation, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll execution, compliance, data integrity, reporting, and AI-enabled HR operations. The role owns HR system health, integrations, audits, vendor relationships, multi-state and international payroll, EOR/COR administration, and automated dashboards while partnering with Finance, Accounting, and HR Compliance.

Leads global employee relations and HR compliance strategy, including employment policies, background screening, wage and hour compliance, reporting, immigration, leave and accommodations, workplace safety processes, investigations, performance management, terminations, and legal risk mitigation. Advises leaders on complex employee relations matters, oversees global employment contracts and HR procedures, partners with legal counsel, and analyzes ER trends to improve workplace policies and practices.

Manages IT operations across multiple sites, including employee onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software lifecycle management, SaaS administration, identity and access controls, endpoint support, inventory, and vendor coordination. Develops automation workflows, API integrations, scripts, dashboards, and lightweight internal tools while supporting security, compliance, documentation, site launches, and operational IT projects.
