Manage hospital purchasing, receiving, inventory control, distribution, vendor relations, par levels, and cost-awareness to ensure clinical supply readiness, reduce backorders, and support emergency and surgical preparedness.

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, clinical peripherals, and clinical applications; manage user accounts, MFA, and device lifecycle; troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, Microsoft 365, and endpoint issues; document work and follow HIPAA and security practices while supporting clinical users and implementation projects.

Coordinate and update daily and weekly staffing schedules; track attendance, call-offs, PTO, and schedule changes; serve as staffing point of contact; maintain audit-ready employee files and secure confidential records; provide general HR administrative and basic compliance support.
