Own ambiguous, high-impact strategic and analytical questions for the CEO, including marketplace economics, pricing, growth, market entry, partnerships, and competitive intelligence. Build business cases, recommendations, board and investor materials, and cross-functional execution plans. Drive CEO priorities to completion, improve workflows through data and AI, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-growing EV fintech marketplace.

Own cross-functional business operations projects from scoping through implementation and measurement. Diagnose operational inefficiencies with data, partner with functional leaders, design process improvements, and implement workflows, automations, and SOPs. Drive accountability without formal authority, facilitate business reviews, respond to metric alerts, and turn ambiguous operational problems into measurable solutions.

Build and maintain BI dashboards, models, reports, and executive presentations tracking auction performance, dealer operations, vehicle flow, pricing, and business KPIs. Conduct deep-dive analyses, explain metric changes, translate findings for nontechnical stakeholders, and support cross-functional business operations initiatives. Use AI tools to automate recurring analysis and reporting, including lightweight agents and pipelines.

Own Plug’s social media strategy and content across brand channels and the CEO’s personal voice. Create, shoot, direct, edit, write, and publish short- and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Manage the content calendar, develop recurring narratives, engage with relevant online communities, and interpret social performance data. This hands-on onsite role may grow into team leadership.

Own end-to-end product design for consumer, dealer, OEM, and commercial partner experiences. Lead customer research, simplify complex B2B workflows, establish design systems and workflows, and partner closely with product and engineering through delivery. Set the organization’s craft bar, apply AI-forward design practices, use qualitative and quantitative insights, and represent customer needs in roadmap decisions.

Own product strategy and roadmap for money movement, payments, settlement, payouts, lien payoffs, and title-related fund flows. Build scalable payment infrastructure, manage bank and processor relationships, negotiate partnerships and SLAs, and oversee reconciliation, compliance, risk, and monitoring. Identify lending-adjacent opportunities and collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Operations. Serve as the independent decision-maker for fintech product strategy in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own the architecture of Plug’s money-facing infrastructure, including ledgers, payment disbursements, settlements, reconciliation, and lien/title payoffs. Design deterministic, auditable, fault-tolerant financial systems that integrate with banks, processors, and servicers while meeting regulatory requirements. Partner with Product, Risk, Finance, and Compliance, establish technical standards, review money-related architecture, mentor engineers, and guide build-versus-buy decisions.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships with consumer marketplaces, dealer groups, fleets, rental companies, OEMs, and other commercial sellers. Drive partner onboarding, implementation, operating cadence, expansion, forecasting, and revenue growth. Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance without direct authority. Translate partner needs into internal priorities, resolve issues, identify risks, structure growth opportunities, and build a scalable partnership playbook.
