Lead regional Managed Print Services (MPS) program delivery and governance. Oversee a team of Service Governance Managers, implement SOPs, ensure compliance and performance, manage implementations and budgets, coordinate with sales/design, drive continuous improvement, develop CAD plans, provide training and executive reporting, and support customer satisfaction and expansion.

Summer internship in Supply Chain Accounting/Finance offering hands-on training in plant accounting, period close tasks, inventory counts, internal control testing (SOX), and cost analysis projects. Interns own short-term plant accounting responsibilities, complete audit/self-assessments, and present financial analysis results to plant and division leaders.

Provide administrative support for the Valdosta, GA location and North Florida/South Georgia market: run new-hire orientation, manage driver qualification and regulatory reports in First Advantage, coordinate drug testing, maintain uniforms, cell phone procurement/repairs, safety board updates, Eios tracking, donations reconciliation, and serve as backup for cashier/settlement. Perform general office duties, customer/visitor support, and reporting using Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Provide proactive inbound/outbound customer communication about technician appointments and suspensions, coordinate with dispatch and scheduling, document interactions in Reviewer/GCMA/CC&B, assist field operations during outages, perform data entry and account updates, and support overall customer experience and operational metrics.

Lead the talent acquisition practice for assigned business lines: advise stakeholders, build sourcing strategies, lead recruiters, manage pipelines and offers, ensure compliance, report metrics, and drive TA process improvements and employer branding.

Facilitate month-end close for up to two divisions, prepare and verify journal entries and intercompany entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, manage fixed asset transactions, review job costs and house closings, support audits and tax package preparation, and participate in continuous improvement and records retention for the General Ledger team.

Provide advanced clerical and administrative support for grants, contracts, assessments, planning, and reporting. Duties include data entry, budget tracking, purchase requisition processing, equipment inventories, meeting coordination and minutes, database maintenance, report preparation, and general office support. Travel between campuses is required.
