Manage multiple municipal civil engineering projects including construction management, budgeting, scheduling, client relations, team leadership, and supporting business development efforts.

Lead hydrogeologist responsible for technical execution of hydrogeologic projects, developing regional and numerical groundwater characterization approaches, managing portions of project budgets, schedules and regulatory commitments, coordinating field characterization (aquifer testing, profiling), mentoring junior staff, providing technical consultation, supporting permitting, remediation and development, and serving as an expert witness.

Support hydrogeology and surface water hydrology projects including field investigations, aquifer and discharge testing, numerical groundwater and surface-water modeling, data analysis and probabilistic forecasting, technical report preparation, permitting support, and construction administration.

Design, install, commission, test, and support instrumentation and control systems (SCADA) for water/wastewater facilities. Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations, manage projects and teams, perform onsite configuration/startup, and provide 24/7 rotating on-call troubleshooting.

Support hydrogeology and surface-water projects via field investigations, numerical groundwater and surface-water modeling, data analysis, permitting support, technical reporting, and construction administration for environmental and mining-related sites.

Design HVAC systems: perform heating/cooling load calculations with Trace or HAP; develop ductwork/piping layouts and equipment room sizing; select fans/pumps; edit specifications; coordinate disciplines and vendors; manage SD/DD/CD deliverables; respond to RFIs and review submittals; perform field verification for renovations.

Design and specify electrical systems (power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power) for commercial and institutional buildings, perform calculations and equipment selection, support projects regionally and nationally, assist business development and proposals, and mentor junior staff.
