Multi-state design firm is seeking a Roadway Project Manager for their team in St. Louis! 


Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Track/monitor project progress to manage financial budget and schedule
  • Manage complex contract negotiations
  • Assemble/manage project teams
  • Serve as primary contact for clients/team
  • Manage change requests/implement strategies to minimize negative impacts on the project
  • Review work to ensure high-quality work is performed
  • Build/maintain client relationships
  • Document all project deliverables/maintain project records (correspondence, design plans, and other related files)
  • Mentor/train junior staff
  • Ensure regulations are followed and enforce safety standards

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • 8+ years of highway/municipal design experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control
  • PE License
  • Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D

 

Salary is commensurate with experience.
