Lead boutique sales and client development, drive team to meet KPIs, implement CRM and prestige partnership strategies, coordinate with corporate and operations, manage reporting, inventories, recruiting, training, and performance management while representing the Maison and ensuring excellent client service.

Manage and grow a sales channel (direct, online, or retail) by setting targets, developing relationships, negotiating contracts, configuring complex solutions, overseeing CRM use, delivering product education, ensuring partner compliance, and supervising junior colleagues to meet financial and strategic objectives.

Support upstream supply chain analytics by creating, improving and maintaining reporting tools; help Maisons adopt those tools; run ad-hoc analyses; prepare and facilitate workshops; formalize outputs for steering committees; co-design methodological best-practice kits; build user guides and internal communications to promote initiatives.

Lead boutique business development and client relationship strategies to drive sales and KPIs. Manage and coach sales and care teams, coordinate CRM and prestige partnerships, handle escalated client matters, collaborate with corporate and regional partners on operations and reporting, and oversee HR/administrative tasks and boutique projects to ensure optimal boutique performance.

Design, implement, and optimize COPC-aligned quality assurance programs for client interactions across channels. Develop scorecards, KPIs, reports, and SOPs; run calibration and quality review meetings; analyze trends and root causes; maintain knowledge base and support training; leverage Salesforce to automate monitoring and flag compliance or data issues.

Support the T&E and Insurance Manager by managing Concur inquiries, auditing expense reports, liaising with vendors and brokers, handling insurance claims and COIs, preparing insurance-related accounting close activities, generating T&E reports/insights, driving process improvements, and providing employee training on policies.

Oversee day-to-day operations including order entry, fulfillment, shipping follow-up, product allocation, credits and returns, customer and concierge support, IT ticket liaison, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Support US logistics hub with receiving, unpacking/packing, stock management, product photography, inventory counts, Excel tracking of presentation boxes, and dispatch assistance.
