Support the Group Supply Chain Solution team by designing KPIs with Maisons, building data-driven supply chain solutions in GCP, creating training materials, validating features with users, and providing operational implementation support.

Represent A. Lange & Sohne in a Boston boutique, achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, nurture high-end client relationships, manage the full sales process, maintain CRM, support events and networking, and uphold brand standards and professionalism.

Lead and implement the CRM and Clienteling strategy for the Americas, driving client acquisition, retention and omnichannel engagement. Lead and manage cross-functional brand strategy projects from brief to post-project analysis. Define scope, timelines, stakeholder communications, drive execution, report KPIs, support strategic presentations, market research, and improve processes.

Act as a Maison ambassador to achieve and exceed sales targets, develop client relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, support after-sales, assist with boutique operations (merchandising, inventory, set-up), and participate in events and trainings.

Provide employment-law counsel across the Americas: advise HR and management on hiring, performance, wage/hour, benefits, leaves, investigations, terminations, restructurings, and compliance; manage litigation and agency matters; draft and negotiate employment agreements; develop policies and trainings; monitor legal developments; manage outside counsel and support cross-functional business needs.

Lead FP&A for Cartier, building budgets, forecasts, driver-based models, variance analysis, and KPIs. Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Construction to provide financial insight, support strategic decision-making, oversee monthly reporting, and mentor the FP&A team.

Lead IT strategy and operations across the Americas, manage IT staff and vendors, oversee infrastructure (networks, servers, applications), control IT budget, deliver projects lifecycle-to-completion, maintain help desk performance and SLAs, and report IT performance to executive leadership.

Lead PR strategy and execution for the Maison across Brand, Commercial, and Arts & Culture in North America. Secure top-tier editorial coverage, manage press relations, craft messaging and materials, run editorial projects and activations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor media trends to amplify visibility and cultural relevance.
