Lead end-to-end coordination of boutique development projects across North America, driving project definition, cross-functional execution, governance, operational readiness, and post-opening stabilization for new openings, relocations, renovations, and expansions.

Support Cartier's Ecommerce team by building and maintaining Excel and Looker reports, monitoring site performance with GA4 and Noibu, triaging issues in JIRA, owning QA for deployments, coordinating with development teams, and using analytics to recommend UX and order-journey improvements.
