Develop and deliver analyzer systems proposals by reviewing RFQs/specs, selecting products, defining system architecture, estimating costs, assessing commercial risk, coordinating sales/engineering/vendors, preparing pricing approvals, and maintaining proposal templates and documentation to ensure compliant, executable quotations.

Provide advanced order management and customer support for industrial automation and test & measurement products. Manage and grow strategic corporate accounts across the US Gulf Coast by developing account strategies and business plans, building multi-level customer relationships, coordinating internal teams, forecasting pipeline, negotiating proposals, and driving adoption of Yokogawa solutions to meet revenue and KPI targets.

Design, configure, test, document, and troubleshoot DCS and batch automation applications; develop control strategies, HMI, interlocks, and batch logic; support FAT/SAT, commissioning, startups, customer training; lead small projects and mentor junior engineers.

Lead regional proposal function for industrial control systems: manage proposal processes, quality, staffing, budgets, cross-functional coordination, and strategic pricing. Drive standards, supervise proposal teams, support mega-project bids, and travel up to 30%.

Support project planning, scheduling, reporting, data collection/analysis, document preparation, change control, and project close-out. Assign short-term schedules, prepare review materials, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop capabilities through training and coaching.

Manage direct and indirect sales for analytical products and solutions, provide expert technical/application support, meet revenue targets, develop proposals and solutions, engage target accounts and channel partners, coordinate with product management and internal teams, and support order/project fulfillment. Frequent travel to customer sites (approx. 30–50%).
