Manages collaboration between clinical services and hospital supply chain teams to improve procurement processes, product utilization, vendor relationships, contracts, distribution, and financial outcomes. Coordinates product trials, conversions, supply initiatives, quality improvement activities, cost-savings validation, audits, and RFP preparation. Supports clinical staff and leaders with supply, pricing, contractual, and product information while maintaining compliance, service quality, and organizational objectives.

Leads staff scheduling, training, evaluations, and policy implementation while collaborating with surgical services, clinical resource managers, supply chain leadership, and vendors.

Recruits candidates across healthcare roles by developing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating offers and onboarding, maintaining candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers. Tracks recruiting workflows in the ATS, ensures pre-employment health clearance, maintains compliant records, prepares reports, and supports initiatives to improve recruitment effectiveness and internal equity.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executive leadership, including correspondence, calendar and meeting management, communication screening, stakeholder liaison duties, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and routine office administration. Handles confidential information, prioritizes inquiries, coordinates board and departmental meetings, and escalates time-sensitive matters using sound judgment.

Leads multidisciplinary hospital implementation projects for medical equipment, clinical technologies, and approved clinical solutions. Coordinates clinical, IT, facilities, supply chain, finance, vendors, and executive stakeholders from project approval through go-live and operational handoff. Manages project plans, risks, dependencies, site readiness, training, communications, stabilization, reporting, and closeout.

Leads community relations planning, engagement strategies, partnerships, events, physician referral programs, and stakeholder communications. Builds relationships with government leaders, healthcare groups, physicians, and community partners. Coordinates projects and teams, reviews and negotiates contracts, develops promotional materials, analyzes market and engagement data using Tableau and Salesforce, prepares status reports, addresses inquiries, and identifies opportunities to increase patient volume.

Coordinates talent acquisition and onboarding activities, including new-hire paperwork, background and reference checks, license and OIG verification, orientation registration, employee health follow-up, contractor and physician files, and confidential record maintenance. Provides administrative and customer service support to recruiters, applicants, and departments; manages screening processes and the AHCA website; maintains files and assists with recruitment projects and front-desk coverage.
