Support full life-cycle physician recruitment: coordinate and schedule interviews, create job postings, manage onboarding and contract databases, process reimbursements and loan repayments, prepare reports, and provide customer service to recruiters, physicians, and departments while maintaining confidentiality.

Supports contract administration and compliance for hospital supply chain by managing contract data in MMIS, monitoring pricing accuracy, compiling utilization and reconciliation reports, investigating discrepancies, and working with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and vendors to resolve invoice and contract issues.
