Job Description Summary:
Position Responsibilities- Direct, oversee, and participate in the development of Community Relations work plan; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor workflow; review and evaluate products, methods, procedures and timelines.
- Participate in the development and implementation of all assigned goals, objectives, policies and priorities for programs and community events.
- Organize and execute community engagement strategies, projects, and events. Assist in the implementation and assign teams to projects following approval.
- Build relationships, maintain and elevate existing relationships.
- Attend regular meetings with community government leaders and stakeholders to develop partnerships.
- Build rapport with internal and external physicians. Maintain communication through email, newsletters, phone calls, and face to face meetings.
- Communicate and work with other service lines administrators, directors and departments for consistency of our brand’s representation.
- Review contracts, negotiate for best value and results. Move contracts through the vetting and approval process.
- Use analytic programs and tools like Tableau and Salesforce to find areas where further community engagement, marketing efforts and communications are required.
- Respond to customer (patient, physician, first responders, community leaders) inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain relationships with healthcare groups.
- Develop marketing and promotional materials.
- Prepare and submit status reports on data finds and program outcomes.
- Scheduling meetings with potential referrers and developing physician referral programs.
- Identifying new business opportunities and collecting and analyzing market data.
- Finding new ways to increase patient volume at satellite locations.
