Process accurate payroll for multiple client companies (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly); manage data entry, onboarding, changes, and terminations; ensure wage-and-hour compliance; provide on-site client payroll training; improve payroll processes and support internal teams.

Provide risk-management leadership to business-owner clients by establishing best practices, conducting facility and compliance assessments, delivering training, and implementing risk mitigation (OSHA, fleet safety, return-to-work). Partner with clients to measure and communicate the value of safety initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to improve client profitability and reduce risk.

Lead a multi-million-dollar client business unit advising business owners on HR, organization development, employee engagement, change and performance management. Drive P&L results, lead and develop teams, deliver measurable improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and support client business development and operational excellence.

Provide HR guidance and support to business-owner clients, covering strategic human capital management, employment law compliance, benefits and payroll, employee relations, organizational development, workers' compensation administration, training delivery, and development of HR best practices while partnering with internal teams and the Area Manager.
