Lead regulatory reporting projects in the IT Business Intelligence group. Manage technical project teams, oversee data‑warehouse and BI deliverables, prepare executive presentations, and drive project planning and reporting using MS Project and MS Office.

Lead administration of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL environments, ensuring integrity, security, backups, disaster recovery, replication and high availability. Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, schema and stored-procedure design, and support large datasets. Create documentation, maintenance scripts, and database standards; collaborate with product, engineering, QA and support teams to design data warehouses and integrations and translate client requirements into data flows.

Develop, execute, and automate tests for embedded Core BSP platforms and device drivers. Troubleshoot driver interactions with modem and multimedia apps, profile and optimize CPU, power and performance, and collaborate with developers and system engineers. Build test automation (C/Perl/Tcl) and perform hands-on lab debugging.

Develop and maintain web-based Java applications, collaborate with architects and peers, write tests and documentation, use modern web frameworks (Angular/Ember/GWT), work in Agile teams, and ensure secure, high-quality solutions for healthcare-related systems.

Provide global technical direction and support for Microsoft Lync infrastructure. Track projects and metrics, perform system changes and upgrades, maintain high availability, participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, respond to support requests, automate tasks with scripting, and participate in small-to-medium projects. Support VOIP and conferencing and collaborate with business partners.
