Provide PLC and controls support for vehicle barrier systems: program, test, troubleshoot, commission PLCs, VFDs, HMIs and related control hardware; document results; support production, field commissioning, and customer technical support.

Coordinate technical documentation and track manufacturing projects from award through completion. Liaise between Engineering, CAD, Sales, Purchasing, and Production to ensure drawings and engineering deliverables are completed and released on schedule, maintain project records and status updates, identify risks and delays, support kickoffs and technical handoffs, and improve project tracking processes.

Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager: manage calendars and emails, track projects and action items, maintain ERP data and Excel reports, perform high-volume accurate data entry, schedule meetings, prepare minutes and reports, and support cross-department communication and process-improvement initiatives.
