Lead on-site steel procurement and delivery coordination for large construction projects. Manage fabrication schedules, verify delivered materials, resolve discrepancies, mentor engineers, coordinate with fabricators/dispatch, and support change order documentation while ensuring sequencing, quality, and schedule alignment.

Support design-build teams by implementing digital practice technologies for 3D/2D coordination, clash detection, 4D/5D analysis, quantity take-offs, model management, and BIM best practices across preconstruction, construction, and handover phases.

Lead VDC/BIM efforts across design-build projects: coordinate 3D/2D models, perform clash detection and conflict resolution, run 4D/5D schedule and cost analyses, extract quantities for estimating, manage model updates, and serve as information manager and BIM content gatekeeper while coaching project teams.

Lead mechanical HVAC design and QA for industrial, distribution, and life sciences projects. Produce design documentation, perform load calculations, design mechanical systems (water, chilled water, HVAC, boilers, compressed air, plumbing), review shop drawings, coordinate with vendors and procurement, and mentor junior engineers.

Support BIM/VDC workflows from design through project completion: facilitate 2D/3D coordination, model missing content, perform 4D/5D schedule and cost analyses, run clash detection and assist conflict resolution, and produce material quantity take-offs for estimating.
