The Regional Development Manager cultivates and solicits major gifts from high-net-worth individuals, family foundations, and corporations across Southern California. Reviews technical solutions for safety, regulatory compliance, maintainability, and operational suitability; monitors maritime regulations and classification requirements; manages major equipment replacement cases; and develops technical personnel. The role requires extensive maritime engineering leadership, international travel, and collaboration with shipyards, vendors, vessel teams, classification societies, and flag states.
