Leads the design, development, simulation, integration, and testing of propulsion systems for heavy construction equipment. Responsibilities include creating component specifications, conducting system-level analyses, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring standards compliance, driving hydraulic system improvements, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires strong mechanical engineering expertise, CAD and simulation proficiency, technical leadership, and experience with off-highway or heavy equipment propulsion systems.
