Sustains and improves installed packaging equipment through engineering change implementation, CAD and BOM updates, documentation management, component obsolescence projects, redesigns, standardization, cost reduction, and reliability enhancements. Requires hands-on equipment troubleshooting, continuous improvement expertise, and collaboration in a manufacturing environment.

Manages site-wide supply chain operations, including planning, purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and transportation. Leads production scheduling, vendor and carrier performance, inventory optimization, KPI tracking, safety, labor utilization, and process improvement. Oversees supply chain personnel, employee administration, performance management, and strategic initiatives while supporting customer service, profitability, and talent development. Requires strong SAP and Microsoft Office expertise, supply chain knowledge, and significant management experience.

Owns corporate accounting activities including balance sheet accounting, intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, account reconciliations, tax entries, lease accounting, fixed assets, and monthly close. Supports US GAAP financial statements, footnote disclosures, audits, tax coordination, and process improvement. Uses SAP, BlackLine, CoStar, and TM1 for reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Own territory growth by prospecting and closing new B2B business, expanding existing accounts, managing channel partner relationships, and increasing market share. The role develops sales strategies, maintains forecasts and CRM records, delivers customer presentations, collaborates cross-functionally, and may perform basic machine repairs. It requires extensive customer engagement and travel throughout the Southwest region.
