Own new-logo acquisition and growth for startup and ISV customers across North America. Manage the full account lifecycle from prospecting to closing, onboarding, renewals, and expansion; build pipeline, coordinate cross-functional delivery, run QBRs, negotiate contracts, and report account metrics.

Founding North America Account Executive responsible for executing GTM in the startup ecosystem, building pipeline via AWS startup relationships and venture networks, owning full sales cycles for early-stage AI/ML projects, closing net-new logos, activating channel partners, and representing the company at ecosystem events.

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts (FSI & Life Sciences) across North America. Drive renewals, upsell/cross-sell, revenue forecasting, QBRs, and contract negotiations. Coordinate solution architects, delivery, and marketing; work with AWS on joint opportunities. Track account metrics (revenue, NPS/CSAT, pipeline) and present updates to sales leadership.
