Leads membership sales, engagement, recruitment, retention, and customer service for an assigned YMCA branch. Supervises and develops membership staff, manages budgets and financial assistance, monitors member satisfaction and trends, oversees communications and marketing, secures corporate memberships, resolves complaints, and represents the YMCA in community relationships and events.

Manages the YMCA association’s accounts payable process, including vendor setup, invoice processing, purchase orders, payment batches, positive pay, vendor statements, outstanding checks, 1099 reporting, and bank statement reconciliation. The role resolves invoice discrepancies, maintains vendor relationships, supports branch staff, monitors payment methods, and records banking and credit card fees. It requires accounting knowledge, data entry, spreadsheet and word-processing skills, customer service, problem-solving, and fiscal management capabilities.
