Support recruiting and general HR administration for data center teams. Serves as the technical authority for BMS and control systems supporting mission-critical data centers. Owns system changes, configuration integrity, troubleshooting, optimization, vendor oversight, and QA/QC for installations and commissioning. Analyzes equipment data, supports mechanical and electrical system integration, develops technical documentation, and trains facility operations staff. The role requires collaboration with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable building automation systems.

Manages strategic account projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, customer communication, reporting, and service deployment coordination. Responsibilities include site access and travel planning, project controls, timecard and expense approval, subcontractor coordination, hiring and onboarding support, employee training, safety compliance, and adherence to client security and privacy standards. The role requires frequent physical activity in data center and outdoor environments and travel to U.S. data center locations.

Build end-to-end data science systems spanning data lakes, pipelines, predictive models, APIs, dashboards, and operational analytics. Develop statistical and optimization models for infrastructure operations, establish data governance and quality practices, and implement federated data architectures. Translate operational data into production products, collaborate with engineering teams, and identify, document, and protect patentable innovations.

Coordinates financial recordkeeping, invoicing, audits, documentation, safety compliance, recruiting support, organizational chart maintenance, reporting, and administrative activities across data center accounts. The role uses Excel and Salesforce, supports onboarding and talent acquisition, monitors training requirements, assists with RFQs and RFPs, and facilitates communication among departments, clients, and prospective hires. Work is hybrid and includes frequent travel between locations, physical activity, and occasional weekend work.

Manage data center commissioning projects from scope development through testing and closeout. Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, manpower planning, client and vendor coordination, meeting leadership, punch-list management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and profitability oversight. The role requires a dedicated home office, frequent travel to project sites, familiarity with mechanical and electrical building systems, and the ability to perform strenuous onsite work and carry equipment up to 30 pounds.
