Sell new and used vehicles by greeting customers, identifying needs, delivering vehicle presentations and test drives, explaining features, handling objections, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, and meeting individual and dealership sales goals while following company processes.

Greet dealership customers, assist in vehicle selection, explain features/options, demonstrate vehicles, overcome objections, close sales, report to Sales Manager, and build strong customer relationships. Fluency in Korean required.

Proactively engage service-drive customers to identify trade-in opportunities, evaluate vehicle values, present exchange offers, coordinate with sales for test drives and appraisals, document leads in CRM, follow up to close sales, and collaborate with service and sales teams to meet targets and retain customers.

Greet and assist showroom customers; build rapport; present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles; explain features and options; follow the sales process; handle objections and negotiate; follow up with prospects; maintain product and inventory knowledge; collaborate with sales management to meet targets.

Drive lead follow-up and appointment generation through phone, text, email, and CRM management. Qualify prospects, route opportunities to sales, meet performance targets, and maintain professional customer communication.

Greet and assist customers in English and Spanish, build rapport, guide vehicle selection, present and demonstrate vehicles, handle objections, negotiate and close sales, follow the full sales process, and communicate with Sales Management to meet goals.

Handle inbound and outbound digital leads to set showroom appointments and close vehicle sales. Provide product information, pricing, and financing options, maintain CRM records, follow a defined sales process, and meet activity and performance targets while supporting customer relationships.

Manage dealership finance and insurance (F&I) processes: originate and secure customer loans, work with lenders, present finance and protection products, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, maintain records and reports, and meet monthly finance/product penetration and income targets while delivering excellent customer service.
