Reconcile dealer reserve statements and product submissions, process payments to floor plan institutions, and research and resolve billing discrepancies.

Serve as the dealerships finance manager by welcoming customers, transitioning them from sales, assessing financing needs, presenting financing options, processing finance contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and meeting performance targets. Maintain organization, attention to detail, and deliver transparent pricing and payment solutions.

Sell new and used vehicles by identifying customer needs, demonstrating and delivering vehicles, maintaining follow-up systems, meeting sales quotas, attending meetings, and ensuring compliance with laws, safety, and dealership procedures to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
