Supports enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes by administering GRC workflows, maintaining documentation and records, preparing dashboards and reports, managing user access, reviewing data quality, and assisting business units with governance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads the credit union’s enterprise risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, reporting, appetite frameworks, regulatory exam support, second-line oversight, and risk governance. Oversees credit, operational, model, financial, third-party, and insurance risks; advises senior leadership and the Board; monitors portfolio performance and emerging risks; supports committees; and develops risk-management staff and culture.

Leads the enterprise fraud management strategy, including prevention, detection, investigation, loss mitigation, regulatory compliance, risk metrics, budgets, technology investments, and third-party partnerships. Advises senior leadership and the Board on fraud exposure and emerging threats, oversees audits and remediation, and builds a high-performing fraud risk team.
