Drive territory sales for home textiles by building and maintaining customer relationships, managing outside reps, coordinating with internal teams, creating proposals, analyzing market potential, optimizing partner website placement, and meeting P&L targets. Participate in trade shows and provide regular reports on customer needs, competitive activity, and sales performance.

Lead and optimize daily office operations, establish procedures, manage hiring/terminations, train and motivate staff, allocate tasks, create and manage office budgets, drive departments to meet quarterly revenue goals, and implement cost-reduction and productivity initiatives. Serve as primary administrative leader and collaborate with clients and directors on strategic and operational recommendations.

Manage EDI setup and transactions between customers and company; install, upgrade, and maintain software/hardware; troubleshoot EDI mapping, communications, and failed documents; enable and test trading partners; monitor servers and ensure EDI system maintenance.
