Lead growth of the allied equipment portfolio by developing sales strategies, managing supplier relationships, building a high-performing sales team, and integrating allied products with systems sales. Drive pipeline, set KPIs, support proposals and pricing, engage customers via site visits and workshops, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding/offboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, employee relations, HR recordkeeping and reporting, compliance with employment laws, recruiting support, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, timely HR processes, and serve as a point of contact for employee questions and conflict resolution.

Coordinate order-to-delivery process for new equipment purchases: review orders, create vendor POs, maintain order management system, handle billing and billing inquiries, ensure documentation meets audit requirements, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and post-sale support.

Sell new and used forklifts, specialty equipment, racking and aftermarket services across the Southern Utah / St. George territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, grow account revenue, develop pricing and contracts, meet sales targets, coordinate support resources, and analyze customer metrics. Extensive travel within the territory required.
