Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Understand each departments' general duties in order to direct calls accurately
- Open daily mail and distribute
- Send packages and creation of labels for shipping
- Daily scanning of invoices to branch locations
- Order and maintain company office supplies
- Maintains stock of kitchen, break, and conference room supplies
- Organize and tidy up Kitchen and conference room areas
- Support the accounting team with daily tasks
- Sit at front desk and be a warm welcome to any visitors
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Additional duties as assigned

- High school or GED equivalent required
- MS Word
- MS Excel Experience
