Leads and develops Arizona sales representatives, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and accountability. Owns regional revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting, CRM accuracy, and sales strategy execution. Supports major customer opportunities and negotiations while collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience teams. Provides market performance updates and coordinates sales alignment across Arizona, Northern California, and Utah, with periodic regional travel.

Prospect for new commercial and construction customers, conduct cold calls, present and sell disposal services, negotiate and close sales, and manage existing customer relationships. The role develops territory selling strategies, meets revenue goals, maintains market knowledge, uses the company CRM daily, resolves customer issues, and works independently in field and office settings.
