Assists the automotive service department with manufacturer survey reporting, customer follow-up, issue resolution, phone coverage, and appointment scheduling. Reviews survey feedback with management, encourages completed responses, communicates customer needs, and supports improved service satisfaction scores. Requires a high school diploma, at least two years of automotive dealership experience, strong oral communication skills, and customer-service capabilities. CDK experience is preferred.
