Design and implement full-stack software solutions and APIs; architect cloud and secure enterprise infrastructure; design and optimize data pipelines (Spark, Iceberg, EMR, NiFi, Kubernetes); ensure data provenance and preprocessing for analytics; collaborate with engineering, data stewards, and mission partners; administer and tune data tools; perform quarterly analysis and recommend data tooling.
