Support planning, development, execution, and analysis of cyber operations by managing KM content, records, RFIs, file structures, TTPs, and performance measures. Create executive briefings, improve information discoverability, facilitate workload management, coordinate KM working groups, and recommend technology and process improvements to increase collaboration and KM program effectiveness.

Support datacenter top-of-rack and SAN configurations (preferred). Must hold active TS/SCI with polygraph and meet US work-authorization requirements.

Lead cloud migrations and modernization for federal applications across AWS and Azure. Architect scalable, secure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions, implement containerized microservices and automated CI/CD pipelines, drive observability and performance using tools like New Relic and Splunk, and lead agile teams through DevSecOps practices.

Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions and architecture; develop and advise on system strategy, data storage, and database standards (SQL/Oracle/Sybase); mentor technical staff; evaluate technology purchases; assess project feasibility and deliver architectural products for operational business lines.

Lead or support Workday Payroll implementation and configuration, advise clients on best practices, identify risks and mitigation strategies, prototype designs, configure and test Workday, mentor project staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet federal client objectives.
