Design and govern the platform data ecosystem: establish enterprise data models, define storage standards (lakes/warehouses/databases), architect ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines, ensure data governance, quality, and protection, and enable FAIR data for analytics and AI/ML at scale.

Design, develop, and maintain Pega applications following platform best practices. Code and unit test Pega features, create technical rules (Data Pages, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, Case Types, Decision rules), implement PEGA architecture standards, support production troubleshooting, and work within DevSecOps, Scaled Agile, and AWS environments.

Lead SAP application design and development, including coding, unit testing, and remediation. Translate business needs into detailed application designs, work with SAP functional consultants and clients to analyze alternatives, produce programming specifications and flowcharts, and manage, mentor, and train junior team members while overseeing budgeting and planning.

Lead and architect full-stack software solutions integrating data ingestion, transformation, storage, APIs, microservices, and front-end visualization. Oversee performance, reliability, security, and compliance in classified environments, guide multi-discipline teams, troubleshoot distributed systems, and collaborate with customers in Agile development to meet project requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
