Lead and modernize a $20M plant storeroom and MRO procurement operation. Improve inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, implement barcode/ERP enhancements, reduce costs, develop SOPs and KPIs, and coach storeroom personnel while partnering with Maintenance, Engineering, and Procurement to improve material availability and eliminate waste.

Lead design and optimization of manufacturing work centers, drive continuous improvement using Lean tools, reduce cycle time and waste, support equipment installations and cross-functional rollout, and develop standardized work procedures and training to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
