Manage the company’s credit granting and control processes, assess customer creditworthiness, conduct credit reviews, and minimize bad debt exposure. Oversee accounts receivable, collections, cash application, aging analysis, credit adjustments, and cash forecasting. Lead credit analysts and collections staff, report departmental KPIs to the CFO, coordinate with sales, and manage collection agencies and attorneys. Support accounting leadership with reporting, staffing, training, performance reviews, and other personnel decisions.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and orientation, act as primary contact for new hires, design engagement programs and events, conduct check-ins and surveys, gather feedback and improve processes, liaise with managers and HR, support audits and verifications, and handle employee-related inquiries to foster inclusive workplace culture.

Lead day-to-day accounting for multiple operating entities: manage month-end close, financial statement preparation, cash and disbursement processes, accounts payable team, budgeting/forecasting, and audit support while producing management and regulatory reports.
