Support engineering teams in HVAC product design, testing, CAD modeling, process optimization, data collection/analysis, and documentation. Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and R&D while following safety and quality standards.

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewalls, VPNs, Windows Server, VMware). Provide Tier III support, lead infrastructure projects, implement network security, administer DNS/DHCP/Active Directory, monitor performance, document systems, participate in on-call rotation, and support manufacturing environments with PPE and lifting requirements.

Design, program, integrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical control systems for manufacturing automation. Create schematics and documentation, support commissioning and field service, lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and compliance.
