Oversee daily operations of an affordable housing community: supervise staff, manage resident relations, ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC/USDA regulations, handle rent collection and maintenance coordination, prepare certifications and reports, and maintain property condition and occupancy targets.

Manage affordable housing compliance operations and supervise compliance staff. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local program regulations (LIHTC, RD, HOME, Section 8, etc.), maintain compliance workflows, conduct file reviews, support audits and corrective actions, and provide training and technical assistance to property management teams.

Manage daily Grants Team operations, maintain the grant calendar, write complex public and private grant proposals and budgets, supervise grant staff, collaborate with finance and program teams, manage grant lifecycle using Salesforce NPSP and Microsoft Teams, and support fundraising strategy and funder relationships.
