Manages regional human resources operations, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee records, performance reviews, compensation, employee relations, compliance, training, unemployment claims, and workforce reporting. Advises management on personnel matters, conducts investigations and exit interviews, supports safety and regulatory requirements, and maintains HR information in Paylocity. The role requires occasional site visits, meetings, training travel, and availability outside normal office hours.

Manage and reconcile personal funds: record transactions, audit invoices, prepare vouchers/checks, reconcile bank statements, maintain tracking systems and personal funds files, assist clients with benefits/applications, train staff, track leases, and support tax and utility processes.

Coordinate and deliver mandated training, maintain training records and certifications, administer Relias and Excel training database, create calendars/reports, audit compliance, assist HR with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, and serve as second-in-command to the HR Manager.
