Manages the overall performance of a residential property, including operations, leasing, marketing, financial performance, resident experience, compliance, and vendor coordination. Leads and develops the onsite team, drives occupancy and revenue, oversees collections and budgeting, manages marketing and reputation, supports resident retention, conducts inspections, and ensures property standards and service quality.

Supports commercial real estate investment, development, financing, and asset-level decisions through financial modeling, underwriting, market research, budgeting, due diligence, valuation, and return analysis. Prepares investment and financing materials, evaluates debt and equity structures, tracks project costs, analyzes incentives, and assists with portfolio monitoring and scenario analysis. Works collaboratively with investment, development, accounting, construction, brokerage, and property management teams.

Oversee property-level accounting for a diverse portfolio, including country club operations. Manage financial reporting, AP/AR, budgeting, cash flow analysis, forecasting, process controls, and compliance. Supervise and mentor 2–4 accounting staff, optimize Yardi usage, prepare financial statements, and provide strategic insights to management while collaborating with property managers and club staff.

Manage insurance administration for a large commercial real estate portfolio: process COIs and endorsements, track tenant lease insurance compliance, coordinate claims from initiation to resolution, support renewals, audits, training, and cross-entity insurance activities while partnering with brokers, carriers, property managers, and senior leadership.

On-site marketing generalist who independently executes design, social media, website/SEO, email and member communications, manages vendors and freelance support, coordinates cross-functional marketing for club departments, and handles publication production and event photography.
