Manage financial planning, forecasting, risk and records for a facility. Oversee accounting functions and a direct report (Cost Accountant). Prepare budgets, forecasts, analyze product margins, implement controls, and develop tracking/reporting to improve expense visibility and operational decision-making.

Provide first-line technical support for on-site and remote users, maintain and monitor workstations and LAN performance, deploy and repair hardware/software, track assets, develop training materials, and coordinate with IT Manager on equipment replacement and network coverage.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant Java backend systems. Optimize performance, enforce code quality through reviews and automated tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, research new technologies, and document architectural decisions.

Manage and supervise accounting operations including payroll, GL reconciliations, month/quarter/year-end reporting, audits, cost accounting, inventory and LCM analysis, cash forecasting, and financial reporting to senior leadership. Oversee accounting staff, maintain internal controls, develop procedures, and support budgeting and manufacturing cost analysis.

Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced server, networking, virtualization, email, and cloud services; manage escalations with internal teams and vendors; administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, file services (DFS, Folder Redirection, OneDrive), DHCP/DNS, Exchange/O365 and Cisco networking; maintain Hyper-V/VMware hosts; automate tasks using PowerShell, batch, and Kaseya scripting.
