Provides administrative and logistical support to the Development and External Affairs team, including scheduling, calendar management, event coordination, travel arrangements, research, meeting notes, RSVP tracking, and database maintenance. The role later assumes responsibility for social media channels, content calendars, and digital content creation while supporting fundraising, external affairs, and public events.

Manage Third Way’s social media strategy, platforms, digital campaigns, paid advertising, content calendar, and online engagement. Create timely written, visual, and video content; monitor brand performance and platform analytics; identify political conversation opportunities; collaborate with communications and policy teams; advise staff on digital best practices; and support events, product launches, and organizational campaigns.

Leads communications strategy for Third Way’s Climate and Energy Program, overseeing messaging, earned and social media, public opinion research, publications, partnerships, and media relations. Manages communications staff, budgets, vendors, and strategic projects including interactive content and state-level initiatives. Develops policy narratives, supports clean energy advocacy, coaches team members, and ensures consistent, effective communications across stakeholders, policymakers, media, advocates, and philanthropic partners.

Manages physical and digital office operations, including inventory, mail, front desk coverage, seating, onboarding, vendor relationships, work orders, accounts payable, subscriptions, communications, and digital signage. Supports employee safety, office projects, events, and staff engagement initiatives. Serves as a customer-focused point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and service providers while maintaining office procedures and documentation.

Lead a national anti-extremism project targeting far-left extremist forces: build databases and research, run public opinion research, produce messaging and rapid-response materials, manage earned media and spokespeople, and coordinate coalitions and partners to promote center-left alternatives.
