Manage dealership finance operations by arranging customer financing, presenting F&I products, structuring and desking deals, submitting to lenders, ensuring compliance with title, registration and regulatory requirements, preparing contracts, and driving customer satisfaction and timely contract funding.

Manage and lead the new and used vehicle sales team to meet or exceed targets. Develop sales forecasts and strategies, set quotas, hire/train staff, manage inventory/display/pricing, produce sales reports, and ensure customer satisfaction. Perform other assigned duties to drive dealership sales performance.
