Supervises daily credit union branch operations, including member service, transactions, cash controls, card services, ATM, wires, ACH, remote deposit, compliance, security, reporting, and operational improvement. Leads, coaches, trains, and evaluates staff; supports hiring and performance management; promotes products and services; maintains policies and regulatory compliance; and fills in on the teller line as needed.
