Serve as the primary customer contact for order processing, forecasting, account coordination, and problem resolution. Maintain customer relationships, monitor accounts, support order fulfillment and payments, and report/organize relevant data to support internal teams.

Lead plant-level accounting and financial operations for a manufacturing facility: cost accounting, reporting, budgeting, inventory control, SOX compliance, variance analysis, and partnership with operations to improve efficiency and profitability. Oversee and develop accounting staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide financial leadership and oversight for multiple manufacturing plants including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory and fixed asset accounting, audits, capital project support, and SOX/internal control compliance. Drive process improvements, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives to improve forecasting, working capital, profitability, and reporting consistency.

Manage plant accounting (GL, AP, payroll, inventory, fixed assets), prepare financial statements, support budgeting/forecasting, maintain standard cost systems, analyze costs, track capital spending, ensure SOX/internal control compliance, and drive process improvements with plant leadership.

Support extrusion blow molding operations by developing processes, performing factory acceptance tests, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, training staff, running startup trials, using measurement/test equipment, and applying statistical methods to improve safety, quality, and production performance across multiple plant locations.

Manage daily HR operations for the Ligonier plant including Workday administration, payroll processing, recruitment, employee and labor relations, safety and OSHA reporting, benefits administration, training, and workers' compensation case management.

Oversee plant HR operations including employee and labor relations, grievance and contract administration, safety and OSHA reporting, FMLA and workers' compensation, recruiting and onboarding for hourly staff, benefits administration, training, and partnering with management on workforce planning and HR process improvements.
