Manage plant accounting (GL, AP, payroll, inventory, fixed assets), prepare financial statements, support budgeting/forecasting, maintain standard cost systems, analyze costs, track capital spending, ensure SOX/internal control compliance, and drive process improvements with plant leadership.

Protect and monitor OT/ICS environments across manufacturing facilities. Implement and administer OT IDS (Claroty), perform risk assessments, vulnerability testing, incident response, network segmentation, and compliance support (NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP, ISO 27001). Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendors to remediate issues and maintain OT asset inventories.

Manage ERP pricing records, calculate rebates and reconciliations, analyze pricing requests and propose pricing actions. Support FP&A: prepare monthly board materials, assist close activities, maintain revenue models, support budgeting, and provide ad-hoc financial analytics to drive margin and growth decisions.

Manage plant-level manufacturing accounting including cost accounting, inventory control, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and SOX compliance. Produce plant financial statements, support audits and variance resolution, lead plant accounting clerk, collaborate with plant operations and corporate finance to ensure accurate reporting and control adherence.

Support plant operations and procurement by performing cost and inventory accounting, processing metal and freight transactions, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, analyzing price variances, and driving process improvements for manufacturing financial accuracy.

Manage day-to-day plant HR operations including HRIS (Workday), payroll, benefits administration, training, recruitment for hourly staff, employee relations, safety compliance, and reporting to support a high-performance, employee-oriented culture.

Provide mechanical engineering support for manufacturing projects and automation: design, install, commission, and improve equipment; develop preventive maintenance, LOTO, documentation, and training; manage projects, coordinate vendors, and drive continuous improvement to increase reliability, OEE, and quality while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Provide plant-level manufacturing accounting: manage cost accounting, inventory accuracy, month-end close, budgeting/forecasting, SOX/internal control compliance, and plant financial reporting. Partner with plant operations and corporate finance, oversee plant accounting clerk and planner, support audits and variance resolution, and participate in production meetings and plant walkthroughs.

Manage daily HR operations for the Ligonier plant including Workday administration, payroll processing, recruitment, employee and labor relations, safety and OSHA reporting, benefits administration, training, and workers' compensation case management.
