Manage plant human resources functions, including benefits administration, employee orientation, HR database maintenance, labor relations, unemployment hearings, safety coordination, and compliance with employment laws. The role supports a positive workplace culture, advises employees and departments, and ensures compliance with regulations including FMLA, OSHA, EEOC, immigration, DOL, ERISA, ADA, ADEA, and wage and hour laws.

Improves production efficiency for blow molding machinery by managing capital projects, rebuilding and upgrading equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and installing new technologies. Develops and interprets engineering drawings and schematics, supports equipment layouts, trains maintenance personnel, communicates with vendors and customers, mentors technical staff, and recommends process improvements.

Processes approximately 300 monthly invoices, performs three-way matching, verifies coding and vendor information, resolves discrepancies, and ensures timely payments. Prepares journal entries and accruals, supports monthly close, reconciliations, audits, sales and use tax accruals, and AP automation improvements. Maintains documentation, communicates with vendors and internal teams, and ensures compliance with company policies.

Lead and mature Silgan's enterprise-wide business continuity and disaster recovery program: define strategy, governance, RTO/RPOs, conduct BIAs, maintain DRPs/runbooks, lead testing and exercises, manage risk and compliance, coordinate cross-functional incident response, and report program readiness to executives.

Administer and optimize Oracle EPBCS, including applications, metadata, business rules, security, workflows, dashboards, forms, and reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial reviews, and ad hoc analysis while troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements, documenting procedures, and training users. Partner with Finance, IT, Oracle, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to improve planning processes and system performance.

Administer and optimize Oracle EPBCS for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, security, workflows, and financial planning. Troubleshoot issues, support users, manage annual budget setup, create documentation and training, and coordinate with Oracle and implementation partners. Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on system enhancements and process improvements while supporting financial analysis, reviews, forecast accuracy, and ad hoc reporting.

Manage plant accounting and cost accounting across multiple cost centers. Lead monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory controls. Partner with operations to analyze variances, maintain standard costs/BOMs, support audits, and supervise front-office accounting.

Provide mechanical engineering support for manufacturing projects and automation: design, install, commission, and improve equipment; develop preventive maintenance, LOTO, documentation, and training; manage projects, coordinate vendors, and drive continuous improvement to increase reliability, OEE, and quality while ensuring safety and GMP compliance.

Design and develop prototype and production tooling, specify and modify components, research and test plastic materials and processing equipment, analyze failures, develop test procedures, provide technical support and training, and coordinate problem-solving for plant operations and new product development.

Serve as the primary customer contact for order processing, forecasting, account coordination, and problem resolution. Maintain customer relationships, monitor accounts, support order fulfillment and payments, and report/organize relevant data to support internal teams.
