Own product-line P&L and commercial execution for lithography materials. Drive portfolio profitability, manage in-life products, coordinate launches and supply readiness, support demand planning, and liaise with sales, R&D, operations, and customers to ensure quality and delivery.

Lead global EUV Photoresist segment P&L and define long-term growth strategy. Drive portfolio strategy, pricing, market positioning, product commercialization, and cross-functional alignment with R&D, sales, and leadership to deliver sustained double-digit growth and successful innovation execution.
