Support manufacturing operations through monthly general ledger close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, standard cost maintenance, inventory valuation and variance analysis. Manage identity engineers and partners, own security, resilience, lifecycle, and governance of identities and privileged access. Architect, implement, troubleshoot, and respond to incidents; integrate with Saviynt IGA/PAM; enforce least-privilege, RBAC, JIT, and recovery procedures; support audits, documentation, and cross-team partnerships.

Lead U.S. federal and international tax compliance and ASC 740 provision reporting, manage a tax team, drive strategic tax planning for M&A and intercompany transactions, implement process automation, coordinate audits and external advisors, and advise senior leadership on tax matters.

Lead product portfolio performance for advanced circuit and packaging at the Marlborough manufacturing site. Drive portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, supply continuity, cost reduction, and cross-functional initiatives with operations, supply chain, quality, procurement, technology, and commercial teams to optimize manufacturing execution and business outcomes.
